The beverage had a clear, light pink hue with a sweet-tart aroma of berries and moderate carbonation. When enjoyed chilled, the initial sip revealed the distinct sweetness and tartness of raspberries, followed by the deeper, muskier sweetness of blackcurrants as the drink progressed. Towards the end, a subtle hint of the characteristic kombucha funkiness emerged, but was quickly cleansed by the natural bubbles, leaving a clean finish. Notably, there was lingering aftertaste typically associated with stevia. Overall, the combination of raspberry and blackcurrant resulted in a highly refreshing kombucha experience.
