The Nespresso Bukeela ka Ethiopia Lungo is a blend of two Ethiopian Arabicas from Sidama and other Western regions. The Sidamo beans are washed and naturally sundried on raised African drying beds while Western regions Arabica, where water is more scarce, are unwashed and naturally processed.

The coffee is split roasted, one roasted shorter and darker and the other lighter and longer. It comes in a bronze coloured capsule and has an intensity rating of 3 out of 13.

Prepared as a lungo, delicate floral notes are front and centre throughout each sip. Initial notes of fragrant, dewy jasmine develop with gentle acidity emerged in the body as the slightly sharper notes of orange blossom or bergamot emerge ahead of a musky and woody finish. The coffee retains a distinct yet inobtrusive body that carries its defining delicate floral character for an elegant and unique flavour that’s enjoyable black without the addition of milk or sweetener.
This Nespresso Bukeela ka Ethiopia Lungo contained 10 x 5.3 g capsules. It was produced in Switzerland and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
