The beverage was a translucent pale pink with a sweet berry nose. Served chilled, lightly sweet and refreshing notes of watermelon came through briefly ahead of more acidic and fragrant floral notes recalling red berries and hibiscus in the body and carried through into the finish and recedes to leave a lightly astringent yet refreshing watermelon aftertaste. The flavouring is subtle, tasting like flavoured water rather than a full strength tisane, making best consumed chilled without ice.
