Coriander is one of my favourite herbs and the chief reason why I go for the garlic naans. We’ve always had fresh naans from restaurants or takeaway stops, but this time we try Me’n’u Indian Garlic Naan Bread from Aldi, ‘hand made Indian bread topped with garlic and coriander, baked in an authentic tandoor clay oven’.

The naans come in packs of two and are ready after microwaving for 10 seconds. As with all things microwaved, they lack the crisp edges of freshly baked naans, but otherwise, they were tender without being doughy and generous with their garlic and coriander, bringing a fragrant flavour. At half the price of fresh naans, we would eat these again.
This Me’n’u Indian Garlic Naan Bread contained 180 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
