The eggplant was barely noticeable in both taste and texture, as the tomato flavour dominated, accompanied by green capsicum and a lingering hint of chilli spice. The rigatoni held its shape but was soft, lacking the bite typical of freshly cooked pasta, and became somewhat mushy on the palate, blending into the chunky sauce. Overall, while palatable, this quick meal was not worth repurchasing.
