We’re not usually one for vanilla yoghurt as the flavour can often be heady, so it was with a little trepidation that I tried this Five:am Organic Vanilla Bean Yoghurt after receiving it as a sample.
The yoghurt is an opaque off white colour with black flecks of vanilla throughout. Consumed chilled, the yoghurt has a creamy mouthfeel that’s thick and smooth. The vanilla notes came through mellow and natural without being heady and balanced with the gentle sweetness and acidity of the yoghurt. This vanilla flavoured yoghurt surprised by being truly enjoyable.
This Five:am Organic Vanilla Bean Yoghurt contained 100 g. It was produced in Australia and received as a sample in Sydney, Australia in 2019.
