Towards the finish, the acidity receded, with the profile returning to a softer, rounded sweetness. The aftertaste carried a lingering mellow cherry note with reduced tartness. Texture remained consistent, with a defined contrast between the elastic outer layer and the softer interior, creating a sustained chew with progressive flavour release.
