The ice cream was barely sweetened, allowing the cookie to deliver most of the sweetness. It had a mellow chocolate flavour with subtle nuttiness and creaminess from the coconut. The chocolate chunks in the cookies contributed the most intense chocolate flavour, tying the elements together. While the chocolate flavour was not as rich as some might prefer, the combination of flavours and textures was satisfying and well-balanced.
