This Bubble Nini Tea The Grape Gatsby ($8.50) consisted of frappe made from fresh grapes, tea and ice and pink salt cheese milk foam. Given my poor history with cheese foam, I have to admit that this drink was complimentary as it was made in error when I ordered the soy milk tea and would’ve never ordered this drink otherwise. Consumed chilled, the frappe from the fresh grapes is smooth and bright in grape flavour with just a hint of floral from the jasmine green tea base, while the cheese milk foam added an enjoyable hint of creaminess to the frappe without any jarring sharpness or saltiness that I’ve experienced with cheese foams from The Alley. So, while it’s not something I’d order, I was very pleasantly surprised.
