This is the Machi Machi Fresh Strawberry Latte with Panna Cotta ($9.50, fixed ice, fixed sweetness). It consisted of a vanilla panna cotta base topped with fresh strawberry milk.

Consumed chilled, the strawberry latte component is smooth and delivered a bright flavour with a sweetness that’s well balanced by the natural acidity of the fresh fruit. The vanilla panna cotta component has visible flecks of vanilla and melts to a creamy smoothness, and amplifies the sweetness of the overall beverage when mixed with the strawberry latte. While its creaminess was enjoyable, the rich strawberry flavour of the milk would’ve been even more enjoyable on its own.
