This is the Spring Tieguanyin Fresh Fruit Tea with Guava ($8.50, +$1.00 for golden pearls, no ice, 100% sugar) from Tea Republic. It featured a spring tieguanyin oolong base, complemented by guava syrup, a slice of watermelon, a wedge of Granny Smith apple, and two slices of orange.

The drink had a translucent red-brown hue, with the fruit slices and golden pearls at the base. Sipped chilled, the spring tieguanyin emerged immediately with its strong floral aroma, akin to honeysuckle. This fragrance, reminiscent of Tea Republic’s orchid blossom green tea base, lingered on the palate without astringency or bitterness, with its fruity fragrance enhanced by the tropical pineapple and sweet strawberry notes of the guava syrup. The golden pearls, tender and lightly sweet, added a delightful bounce. Together, they created a refreshing beverage, perfect for  repurchasing to lift one’s spirits.
