This is the Bonchi Agesen Uni. It consisted of rice crackers coated with a sauce that contained sea urchin.

Each package contains four packs, each with nine crackers.

Each cracker measured about 4 x 2.5 x 1 cm and was shaped like a double-pointed oval, with an off-white beige base and orange-brown stripes of uni sauce. On tasting, the cracker had an initial softness to the crunch; the exterior was crumbly, giving a sensation of sinking into it before reaching the firmer crunch of the interior, reminiscent of biting into something oily. The cracker had little flavour, with the uni sauce drizzling being the sole source of taste. The flavour was distinctly savoury with subtle uni notes and a sweet undertone, noticeably different from the usual sweet soy sauce glaze. Overall, both the texture and flavour of these crackers lacked finesse and were not worth repurchasing.
