This is the Coles Honey Cashews. It contained 67% cashew nuts, 29% sugar and 4% honey.

These cashews were mostly whole pieces, interspersed with some halves, and coated in a thin layer of caramelised honey. Upon tasting, the caramelised honey contributed a rough textured exterior, delivering a light crunch that contrasted with the softer crunch of the cashews. The sweet coating swiftly melted on the palate, giving a general sweetness that progressed into a richer, floral sweetness characteristic of honey by mid-bite. This sweetness found a harmonious balance with the warm, creamy, and lightly savoury flavor of the cashews. While we favoured the more audible crunch resulting from the thicker caramelised honey coating on the Aldi Forresters On the Go Dry Roasted Honey Mixed Nuts version, we appreciated the richer nut flavour with the thinner coating.
This Coles Honey Cashews contained 350 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2024.
