This is the Evia Inspired Dessert Yoghurt Tiramisu, which contained real ground roasted coffee (0.09%), coffee extract (0.07%) and rum flavour (0.6%).

The yoghurt was thick and generously speckled with a bright coffee aroma. Upon tasting, the acidity of the yoghurt was quite confronting at the start of each bite as it was in stark contrast to the usual sweetness in a tiramisu. By the second bite, though, we were accustomed to the yoghurt base and could better enjoy the underlying sweetness, while the coffee and rum notes carried each bite through to the finish with a well-balanced boldness that lingered pleasantly in the aftertaste. Several spoonfuls in, we began to appreciate the acidity that the yoghurt brought, which recalled the natural acidity of some coffees, and the overall flavour, along with the creaminess of the yoghurt, did remind us of tiramisu. It was no substitute for the original but it did contain significantly less sugar (14.3%) than our favourite brand for the original dessert (20.3%).
