Ferrero produces some of the most delicious chocolates, from Ferrero Rocher to Raffaello to Nutella. During Easter, though, there are these Ferrero Eggs Hazelnut to celebrate the season.

These eggs are made with milk chocolate covering a crisp wafer with smooth hazelnut filling.

They have a smooth surface all around.

These eggs taste much like a Ferrero Rocher without the added super crunchy hazelnut on the chocolate surface and whole hazelnut in the centre. Here, the hazelnut flavour was retained with the generously gooey Nutella centre with the wafer providing a delicious crispy textural contrast to the molten centre and the firmer chocolate shell. These were not quite Ferrero Rocher but still some very delicious Easter eggs!

This Ferrero Eggs Hazelnut contained 10 eggs or 100 g. It was produced in Italy and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2017.
