Häagen-Dazs is one of the most decadent brands of ice cream, but their deliciousness is reasonably easy to justify when compared to gelaterias that all charge double the price for a single scoop. This here is Häagen-Dazs Peanut Butter Crunch.

Each box contained three individually sealed (and labelled!) 80 mL ice creams.

Each ice cream is about 10 x 4 x 2 cm and consisted of velvety peanut butter ice cream with caramelised peanuts and decadent peanut butter swirls (5%)…all dipped in a smooth Belgian milk chocolate coating (19%) and roasted peanuts (3.5%).

The ice cream has a deliciously nutty aroma, while the milk chocolate shells give an audible crack as it’s crunched through to reach the smooth peanut butter ice cream. The ice cream is an experience in itself with its sweet creaminess hiding gooey ribbons of peanut butter that bring pops of salty nuttiness along with crispy caramelised peanuts. The savoury notes of peanut butter and the rich milk chocolate balance and cut through the sweetness of the ice cream to make for a truly delicious and memorable ice cream.

This Häagen-Dazs Peanut Butter Crunch contained 3 pieces each of 80 ml. It was produced in France and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2018.
