These were the Sakaeya Andeico Chou Gelat, a frozen ready-to-eat choux pastry filled with gelato in four flavours: milk, butter caramel, strawberry and pistachio.

Milk. This flavour featured a brioche-like dough filled with white-coloured, milk-flavoured gelato-like ice cream. The pastry had a soft lightness much like a profiterole and made a clean vehicle for the gelato, which tasted like a vanilla ice cream that was slightly icy and lacked the creaminess of premium ice cream.

Butter Caramel. This featured a brioche-like dough filled with beige-coloured, butter caramel flavoured gelato-like ice cream. The combination of the pastry with the butter caramel here came through with a flavour similar to butterscotch popcorn.

Pistachio. This featured a brioche-like dough filled with a green-coloured pistachio-flavoured gelato-like ice cream. Despite the presence of pistachio cream in the ingredients (albeit almost at the end of the list), there was no hint of pistachio flavour in this ice cream and tasted much the same as the milk flavour.

Strawberry. This featured a brioche-like dough filled with a pink-coloured, strawberry-flavoured gelato-like ice cream. The strawberry flavour had an enjoyable acidity that brightened an otherwise artificial flavour.
Overall, these were very average in their textures and flavours, making them not something to repurchase.
These Sakaeya Andeico Chou Gelat contained 40 mL each. They were produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2022.
