This is the Suntory Horoyoi Hiyashi Pine, a chilled pineapple-flavoured chūhai and a summer seasonal limited flavour. It contained 1% pineapple juice.

Sipped chilled, it delivered immediate fresh pineapple notes with a crisp sweetness and subtle acidity. As the taste evolved, a hint of coconut emerged, delicately enhancing the pineapple flavour without resembling a pina colada. These nuances carried through to the finish, where the bubbles cleansed the palate, leaving a clean aftertaste. Overall, this chūhai offered a refreshing experience reminiscent of crisp pineapple juice, featuring a dry finish and minimal bitterness—a perfect choice for a refreshing summer beverage.
