This is the Sunyodo White Peach Jelly.

Each piece measured approximately 5 x 3 x 3 cm, displaying a pale pink-beige hue that resonated with the flavour of the fruit. The peach segments in the dessert were a delightful combination of freshness, firmness, and juiciness, striking a harmonious balance without crossing into a crunchy texture. The crisp sweetness and minimal acidity inherent to the ripe fruit were apparent, showcasing the peak-season sweetness. The encompassing jelly, crafted from white peach juice and set with agar, differed from traditional jellies. Its texture lacked the resilient bounce of konjac jelly or gelatin, as well as the typical brittleness found in agar-based jellies. This smooth texture imparted a distinct mellowness, which complemented the delicate peach undertones present in the jelly. The artful balance between the finely calibrated sweetness and the subtle peach flavour made the experience truly pleasing to the palate.
