This is the Vicks Medicated Drops Ume, a somewhat limited edition flavour of the grapefruit and apple version of which we’re fond.

Each box contained 4 sticks each with 5 drops.

Each drop was triangular about 1.5 cm in width and 0.5 cm in height without any aroma. Upon tasting, the drop released a bright ume flavour immediately on contact with the tongue, with the apricot-like and berry-like flavours of the fruit coming through a natural and balanced sweetness and subtle acidity. Much like the other flavours in the range, a gentle cooling sensation spreads through the mouth for a soothing and refreshing mouthfeel that lingers cleanly in the aftertaste without any sweetness.

This Vicks Medicated Drops Ume contained 20 drops. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Tōkyō, Japan in 2019.
