As the sip progressed, the wintermelon sweetness receded through the mid-palate, allowing a shift in nutty depth and slightly tart water chestnut notes to emerge and gradually take control. The finish was defined by moderate astringency, which lingered on the palate for some time after swallowing.

Overall, this leaned towards a restrained, health-oriented profile. The sweetness remained controlled throughout, but the flavour felt somewhat dilute, consistent with other drinks in the series, and fell short of delivering a fully satisfying experience.
