This is the Shiny Apple Juice Fuji, made with 100% juice from Fuji apples grown in Aomori Prefecture. The juice was extracted using the mippei shibori (“sealed squeezing”) method, where the juicing process takes place in a sealed environment to prevent oxidation.

The juice had an opaque, yellow-tinged hue and the most pronounced aroma of the four varietals in the series—floral and sweet on the nose. Consumed chilled, it carried that same notable floral quality through the palate, with a rich sweetness and a well-balanced acidity that mirrored its aromatic profile. The body presented a smooth, bright sweetness with subtle fresh skin notes, finishing with a lively yet rounded tartness. It was clean, vibrant, and easy to appreciate—showcasing why Fuji remains the most popular apple cultivar in Japan.
