Rather than resolving with the bright, juicy lift established earlier, the profile briefly shifted towards a sugary gelatinous note that muted the fruit character. The transition felt slightly artificial and interrupted what had otherwise been a well-executed apple flavour.
Aftertaste carried lingering sweet apple notes alongside a light sticky residue from the gummy base and sour coating.
Overall, a fruit gummy with a rising apple flavour progression and cohesive pulpy texture, delivering strong juice-like character through the mid-palate before an unexpectedly confectionery finish softens the overall impression.
