They’re described as ‘a delectable mix of veggie chips, legume chips, potato crunchers and bombay chips infused with butter chicken flavour’.

The packaging doesn’t correspond the names of each chip with their appearance. With our guesses, though, the veggie chip is our favourite with its crisp and light texture, while the potato cruncher has a similar texture with a more pronounced crunch. The Bombay chip is ridged, giving it a thicker and firmer mouthfeel much like a cracker. The rough texture of these first three crackers provide a good vehicle for delivering the butter chicken seasoning, which came through with a savoury chicken flavour that’s rich and buttery and developed with a pop of tomato acidity much like a good butter chicken. Along with its starchiness, the smooth surface of the legume chip does not carry much seasoning, making it our least favourite of the chips.
This Bhuja Chip Mix Butter Chicken contained 108 g. It was produced in Australia and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2019.
