This is the Bohae Brewery Sparkling Calamansi.

The beverage was a semi-translucent pale yellow colour with a sweet citrus aroma and moderate carbonation. Served chilled, the calamansi notes came through bright from the head of each sip with its initial sweet and zesty citrus quality building to prominence in the body with mild acidity. The bubbles cleansed the palate in the finish to leave a clean aftertaste. The calamansi flavour distinguished itself from other more well-known citruses by being less acidic and less bitter than yuzu, but with a more delicate flavour profile than lemon or orange and is reminiscent of sudachi. Overall, this was an enjoyable beverage that captured the flavour of calamansi with a balanced sweetness and acidity.
