It contains no sweeteners, artificial colouring, or added sugar, with its subtle colour derived solely from fruit juice. The product uses a maru-shibori (“whole-squeezed”) method that incorporates juice and peel oil to capture the full flavour of the fruit.

The beverage had an opaque off-white hue and a mellow citrus zest aroma. Consumed chilled, the flavour opened with bright, aromatic lemon notes and a gentle juicy sourness, followed by a more pronounced grapefruit character that developed in the latter half of each sip. The finish was dry, clean, and crisp, enhanced by strong carbonation. The use of peel oil contributed to a nuanced citrus profile—aromatic and full-bodied, yet free from the bitterness or astringency that often accompanies zest-forward drinks.
