This is the Kettle Chip Company Special Edition Hoisin Duck, inspired by the quintessentially Chinese flavour.

The chips were dusted in a golden seasoning with a bright five-spice aroma. Upon tasting, sweet and rich notes of hoisin sauce emerged ahead of a savoury and intensely ‘meaty’ flavour of duck in the body. The distinct notes of five-spice lingered long in the aftertaste. Overall, the flavour was refreshingly innovative and on point for hoisin duck.
