This is the Nancy Henry from Tea Shop Express. The drink was a tikuanyin oolong flavoured with rose and prepared as a milk tea with lychee jelly, no ice and 1/8 sweetness. Consumed chilled, the drink was a translucent tan colour with a gentle floral aroma. Upon tasting, the rose notes came through bright on tasting and persist from the head of each sip into the finish complementing the natural floral notes of the vibrant tikuanyin oolong. We enjoy that both the rose and oolong hold their own in this drink.
