This is the Bestore Dried Yellow Peach, featuring 80% mature Golden Queen yellow peaches, a variety known for its fragrant, sweet-tart profile.

Each 18 g pack contained six pieces, each measuring approximately 6–7 cm in length and 1.5–2 cm in width, with a vibrant yellow-orange hue. The pieces were firm and dry to the touch, lightly coated in a fine sugar dusting. A bright, recognisable yellow peach aroma was immediately apparent on opening, closely resembling that of a ripe Golden Queen peach.

On tasting, each piece yielded easily to the bite, with a chewy texture that gradually released layers of flavour. The initial impression was of mellow sweetness, which developed mid-bite into the signature floral and tangy sweetness of golden peach. Despite the added sugar, the flavour remained balanced and natural, allowing the distinctive characteristics of the fruit to shine through. As the piece broke down, the pulp softened further on the palate, finishing cleanly without any lingering stickiness.

Overall, a vibrant, well-executed semi-dried fruit with excellent texture and a true-to-fruit flavour. Worth repurchasing.
