The sweetness of the white chocolate followed mid-bite, offering a contrasting and “cool” creamy sweetness with distinct vanilla notes as it melted. The white chocolate complemented the savoury pistachio notes, creating a delightful interplay of sweet and salty that enticed for another bite. Overall, the abundance of pistachios, stealing the spotlight, made this bar a delight, with the white chocolate acting as a supporting “glue” that bound the whole pistachios together.
