This is the Nongshim Potato Snack, a simple and favourite snack made with wheat flour and potato that I enjoyed during my adolescent years.

These crackers were about 4 cm in length with a slightly ridged pattern and a slightly savoury aroma. Upon tasting, the notes of onion came through mellow before a sharper hint of parsley emerged in the finish. The flavouring of these crackers was basic but was sufficiently generous, with the crunchiness of the crackers a perfect pairing (in comparison to the shrimp flavoured crackers which focused on too much crunch and lacked flavour).

This Nongshim Potato Snack contained 55 g. It was produced in South Korea and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2022.
