This is the Tamar Valley Dairy The Creamery Greek Style Yoghurt Tropical Fruits & Cream, containing 12% tropical fruit (sugar, banana purée, passionfruit juice, mango purée, pineapple juice) and 5% cream. It won the Gold award at the Australian Dairy Product Competition in 2024.

The yoghurt had an opaque white base, interspersed with ribbons of orange fruit sauce. On tasting, the yoghurt itself had the same thick, creamy smoothness as others in the range, while the fruit purée primarily contributed a banana flavour, which dominated. There was a noticeable tropical sweetness from the mango and pineapple, with only a hint of tanginess from the passionfruit. While enjoyable, the yoghurt would have been greatly improved with some textural contrast, such as the inclusion of passionfruit pulp or pineapple compote. It is puzzling that this product won the Gold award, especially when compared to more distinctive entries like Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy Layered Yoghurt Queensland Strawberry & Australian Wattleseed.
