This Orihiro Purunto Konnyaku Jelly Pear was the last of the three new flavours we found during our most recent trip to Japan.

A green-yellow coloured pouch contained the jelly which used 12% pear juice.

The jelly was a translucent off-white colour with a crisp, sweet aroma of European pear. Upon tasting, the fragrant juiciness of the ripe fresh fruit itself came through with a deep and crisp sweetness that lingered on the palate. The bright and true flavours and bouncy texture of these jellies continue to make them our favourite brand.

This Orihiro Purunto Konnyaku Jelly Pear contained 20 g x 6 pieces. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Nagasaki, Japan in 2019.
