This is the UHA Mikakutō Gotōchi Premium Yamanashi Pione Gumi, made with the juice Pione grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture.

The gummy was shaped like a water droplet, with a deep purple-green hue, and measured approximately 2.5 cm in length, 1.4 cm in width, and 1.2 cm in height. It released an intense labrusca-style musky red grape aroma.
On tasting, the gummy presented a notably firm, elastic texture—comparable to a 5 out of 5 on Meiji’s softness-to-hardness scale. Flavour developed gradually, with a mellow red grape note emerging after a few chews, before deepening into a rich, musky grape sweetness supported by a juicy acidity. This aromatic intensity built through the mid-bite and lingered into the finish. The extended chew time, due to the gummy’s resistance, allowed for full appreciation of its layered grape profile. As the juiciness faded, the grape’s floral-musky aroma persisted, leaving a clean yet lingering aftertaste.
This was a well-executed premium gummy—dense in texture, rich in flavour, and worth repurchasing.
