The cider is a beautiful transparent pink with a sweet fruity head and a moderate carbonation. Consumed ice-cold, a sweet, bright and natural flavour of blackberry came through that developed into a crisp and refreshing body with a very slight bitterness and astringency in the finish, leaving lightly sweet blackberry notes lingering long on the palate. There is no mistaking that this is a blackberry flavoured cider, with prominent notes from the head to the finish. The beautifully flavoured sweet berry notes make this a wonderfully easy and delicious drink to consume with the slightly astringent finish being the only thing slowing you down between sips and stopping you from guzzling it like a soft drink.

The only downside is that this cider is a relatively new product and sold for about twice as expensive as apple and pear ciders.
