The dark chocolate has a sweet bitterness with a rich and round cocoa flavour. The chocolate melts to a creamy mouthfeel with nutty notes coming through in the body before a bittersweet finish that lingered on the palate.

This is the Valrhona Eclat Lacte made with a 39% cacao percentage.

The milk chocolate starts off with sweet caramel notes coming through before melting to a smooth creaminess with a faint bitterness that recalled walnuts coming through in the finish.

This dark chocolate has a different and more complex flavour profile compared to the Dark. Strong bitter notes develop with an enjoyable fresh fruitiness in the body. The chocolate melts to a creamy smoothness before the bitterness returns in the finish.
