This is the Tea by Sage Sparkling Apple Osmanthus Oolong Tea. It was made using a cold brewing method with Taiwanese tea leaves, lightly carbonated, and sweetened with fresh Washington Apple juice (not from concentrate) from the United States, along with osmanthus syrup from Hong Kong.

When consumed chilled, the sweet osmanthus aroma was immediately apparent, offering a delicate and dewy apricot fragrance that harmonized with the floral and soft toasty notes of the lightly oxidized oolong tea base. In the middle of each sip, the crisp sweetness of the apple juice took centre stage, introducing a fresh crispness and mellow sweetened quality that enhanced the osmanthus and oolong. As the sip concluded, the apple and osmanthus notes gracefully stepped back, allowing the oolong to shine before the soft carbonation cleansed the palate for a clean finish without any hint of astringency or bitterness. Overall, the tea showcased the high quality of its ingredients through the clarity, freshness and balance of its flavours.
