Westfield Parramatta celebrated Christmas in part with a collaboration with Woolworths for a giant 3 m gingerbread house by Adriano Zumbo on the Level 2 Central Forecourt.

The gingerbread house was created live in-centre on 23 November from 4 pm. They were still decorating it by 6 pm the following day with Adriano Zumbo himself still on site (the bald man second from the left!).

By 25 November, though, it was officially unveiled in all its completed gingerbread house glory.

As it’s sponsored by Woolworths, all the lollies that decorate it are things you can buy in-store (to make your own?). This is the left wall.

This is the back wall, with Arnott’s Iced Vovos and jam tarts amongst other things.

This is the right wall, complete with an Arnott’s Tim Tam chimney and jelly bean studded tiles for the roof.

This is the base of the left wall with musk stick flour stems and peppermint leaves.

This is a flower on the left wall with Arnott’s TeeVee flowers as well as jam tart and raspberry jube flowers.

We come back after the weekend to find several of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates missing despite signs directing people to not touch or eat the display!
Giant Gingerbread House by Adriano Zumbo was located at the Central Forecourt, Level 2, Westfield Parramatta, 159-175 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150 and displayed from 25 November 2017.
