Blending frozen soursop with ice and a little water is one of our favourite ways to cool off in the summer. When we’re lazy, though, there’s this FOCO Soursop Nectar (containing 25% juice) that is just as good as the fresh fruit.
The juice is a translucent off-white pale yellow colour with a sweet and musky aroma of fresh soursop. Served chilled, tropical notes of fresh soursop — a sweetness and acidity that’s somewhere between a pineapple, banana and papaya — persists throughout the sip. Surprisingly for a nectar, the juice is smooth without sediment and tastes just like fresh soursop that’s been juiced and strained through a fine sieve.
