It’s a chocolate Santa boot filled with 10 handmade chocolates.

This is the Blueberry Truffle, ‘dark coated white ganache with real blueberries’. It has a natural blueberry flavour — gently tart and sweet — in addition to its beautiful purple interior.
This is the Short Black, ‘caramelised coffee bits mixed with dark chocolate’. We enjoy the crunch of the crushed coffee beans with the dark chocolate adding just enough sweetness to balance.
This is the Coconut Truffle, ‘creamy coconut centre with a dark coat and roasted sulfur-free coconut decoration’. The coconut flavour came through prominently in the creamy centre and the shavings, but it’s the heavier flavour of a more mature coconut than the crisper, lighter flavour of the young coconut we prefer.
This is the Butter, ‘soft, melt-in-your-mouth, smooth milk chocolate covered with milk flakes’. Just as it’s described, the centre is melty smooth with a texture that recalled a more sophisticated Milky Way.
This is the Macadamia Pyramid, ‘crushed macadamia nuts with milk’. Macadamia nuts and milk chocolate are a delicious pairing and this one showcases the soft crunch of the macadamia with the smooth milk chocolate well.
This is the Sweet Annie, ‘milk chocolate cube with caramel and rice bubbles centre’. This one has a moreish combination of crunch from the rice bubbles with a healthy chew from the caramel to make it very enjoyable without sticking to the teeth.
This is Gia, ‘soft hazelnut centre with a milk wafer’. This one delivered a healthy hazelnut flavour in the smooth centre that’s balanced well with the gentle crunch of the wafer and the bolder notes of the dark chocolate.
This is the Ganache, ‘traditional dark chocolate and cream covered with cocoa’. Pleasantly, the cocoa covering the chocolate has an enjoyable flavour without being bitter, while the dark chocolate centre has a complex depth with a refined sweetness.
This is the Lime, ‘burst of lime and white chocolate covered with roasted sulfur-free coconut’. The lime delivered a prominent zestiness from the head of the first bite, but does not overwhelm the creamy smoothness of the white chocolate, while the roasted coconut adds a contrasting texture and nuttiness to the smooth centre.
This is the Passionfruit, ‘fresh passionfruit ganache coated with white chocolate’. Expecting just white chocolate and eager fans of passionfruit, we were thrilled by the sharpness of the tang in the natural passionfruit flavour along with the seeds of the fruit that added a crunch to the smooth centre.
