This is the Calbee Harvest Snaps Chickpea Baked Crisps Sriracha & Yuzu Flavour.
The crisps are 27.5% chickpea, around 1.5 cm in diameter, much like cheese balls, and dusted in an orange and dark red coloured seasoning with a spicy aroma. Upon tasting, the sriracha was evident from the start of each bite and developed to a moderate heat at the back of the throat as we keep eating. While the crisps deliver on the gently acidic heat of sriracha, the attempts at yuzu are far less successful — not only does it not taste like yuzu, it doesn’t fall back on a natural lemon flavour, but instead adopts an artificial chemical lemon flavour.
