This is the Tarami Kudamonoyasan White Peach Jelly.

It contained six cubes of white peach suspended in a jelly infused with peach juice and peach purée.

The jelly was a dome-shaped form and measured about 8 cm in diameter, emanating a distinct aroma of fresh white peaches. Upon sampling, the white peach cubes had a firm texture that provided a delightful bite. In comparison to the Tarami Pure Peach Jelly, these cubes offered a crisper sweetness akin to the peak ripeness of the fruit. The agar-based jelly encasing the cubes could be effortlessly cut through by a spoon, delivering an enjoyable jiggly texture that dissolved on the palate. The peach flavour and sweetness within the jelly were gentler than those of the actual fruit.
On the whole, the introduction of smaller fruit cubes in this jelly represented a refined enhancement over the Tarami White Peach Jelly. The unwavering focus on peach flavour, devoid of any reliance on apple or grape juice, granted this jelly a sophisticated and invigorating flavour well worth revisiting and without the elevated price point associated with the Pure range.
This Tarami Kudamonoyasan White Peach Jelly contained 160 g. It was produced in Japan and purchased in Sydney, Australia in 2023.
