This is the Nitro Cold Brew using Ecuadorian Geisha coffee beans ($8.00) from Stitch Coffee. The coffee exhibited a mild acidity, reminiscent of stone fruit, which gradually evolved in the body of the brew. It carried earthy undertones with floral notes, somewhat akin to lavender, before concluding with a lingering, honey-like sweetness. Surprisingly, there was an absence of noticeable bitterness, as the coffee’s well-rounded roasted characteristics harmonized effectively with the acidity. This interplay was remarkably enjoyable.
