This is the Starbucks Dark Caramel Cold Foam Nitro ($6.50, tall). It’s their regular nitro cold brew coffee with a dark caramel cold foam on top. Consumed chilled, the cold foam brought an enjoyable deep hint of sweetness to the start of each sip to an otherwise black and unsweetened coffee. As a nitro cold brew, the mouthfeel was already incredibly smooth, but the cold foam rounds off any of the remaining sharpness in the cold brew while still allowing the roasted cereal notes to came through with the slightest hint of acidity in the finish.
