This is the Litchi Yoghurt ($6.90) from Yees Yoghurt. The drink was a translucent white colour with a floral lychee aroma. Consumed chilled, the floral rose notes of the lychee came through at the head of each sip before the acidity of the yoghurt emerged in the body and together with the mellow sweetness recalled the prominent floral sweetness and gentle acidity of lychees. This drink pleasantly surprised me as I was initially disappointed to find that they used only flavoured syrup to achieve the lychee flavour, but the natural acidity of lychees paired well with the yoghurt, stopping its tartness from overpowering.
