This is the White Gourd Lemonade ($6.80, large, no ice, 50% sweetness) from Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea. The drink was a translucent golden straw colour with a wintermelon and lemon base with aiyu jelly (+$0.50). Consumed chilled, the the nuttiness of the gourd combines with the lemon for an zesty twist on the characteristic nuttiness of wintermelon, but the notes aiyu jelly itself has tangy, honey sweetness, which may have been fine on its own but was also tinged with a hint of gingery spiciness that was offputting and interfered with the other flavours in the drink.
