The tea had strong tea notes that balanced well with the milk, creating a pleasing blend without overpowering dairy flavours. Its texture was notably velvety smooth, providing a satisfying mouthfeel. Interestingly, the label of a muscat-flavoured milk tea was not distinct in the tea itself when tasted alone. However, with the toppings, the grape jelly added fruity sweetness, while the sakura pearls introduced a subtle floral acidity. Together, these bouncy toppings contributed to the milk tea’s overall muscat character. Overall, the milk tea provided an enjoyable experience with its strong tea flavour, minimal astringency and pleasing textural variety. However, it did not leave a lasting impression that would warrant a repurchase.
