Shaken and consumed chilled, the tea has an enjoyable flavour molasses that adds just enough sweetness to the fresh milk, which brought a creamy viscosity without a prominent dairy flavour. The pearls are a step above the ones at the other major bubble tea chains in Australia, being chewy with a good bite and sweetness throughout and without the usual hint of starchy tapioca in the background.
