This is the Tiramisu Mocha ($9.00), part of the Chaffic × Butterbear collaboration in December 2025. It combined espresso and chocolate beneath a tiramisu milk foam.
On sipping, the experience resembled eating tiramisu more than drinking a mocha. The milk cap was thick, creamy, and slightly savoury, carrying a strong chocolate–cocoa character reminiscent of the dusted top layer of a classic tiramisu. The espresso component, however, was notably weak, contributing only a faint coffee presence that was quickly overtaken by the cocoa. The result leaned closer to an iced cocoa than a mocha. A more assertive coffee profile would have added depth without pushing the drink into heavy territory.
Overall, this was an enjoyable tiramisu-inspired drink, though the coffee element needed greater strength for balance.
