The drink was a cloudy pink-orange salmon colour with soft zesty, sweet aroma and moderate carbonation. Served chilled, the zesty lemon notes came through initially before the natural sweetness of the raspberry rounds out the acidity of the lemon. Overall, the drink had more mellow flavour than traditional lemonade that gave it a softer mouthfeel that, together with the restrained sweetness, makes it a more refreshing alternative.
